Trauma informed practice

Trauma is very common and it shapes how we relate, lead, and deliver. We help people understand the impact of trauma and work with psychological safety. 

Our work integrates nervous system literacy, systemic sensing, and leadership development to help create the conditions for culture change, collaboration, and regenerative impact.

About the founder

Founded by Jax Wechsler

Cocreate Change was founded by Jax Wechsler, a systemic coach, social designer, and trauma-aware educator with 20+ years’ experience in social innovation, wellbeing, and inner development. 

This work brings together nervous system literacy, trauma-aware practice and inner leadership to help people and systems shift from reactivity to response-ability.

We partner with purpose-led leaders, organisations, councils, communities, and change-makers ready to reimagine how we work, lead, and live — from the inside out.
